So listen, I know you hit my site here and want to know all about your potential coaches. This is where you get to learn if we are a good fit. I am Tracy. I've been a coach for 41 years. I have trained 1000's and 1000's of clients to their best physique over the years. I've seen a lot of things come and go and I do not believe in starving anyone for any reason. Period and I won't. I do not believe in low carbing or Keto or whatever trend is happening to take your hard earned money. Listen, in 41 years, I've seen all these things cycle through again and again. You wouldn't even remember!! So this means for you, I'm not putting your health and show success on craptastic voodoo myths and plans that have been around since the 1970s and before.
My coaching philosophy is to get you to stage with hard work and real food. Health is first. I love coaching clients but I'm not someone who takes everyone who applies to work with me. I won't because if we aren't a good fit, you should find someone who is. You can see my coaching criteria below. I'm going to be honest here because no one wants to be lied to. AmIright? I have certs in Sports Nutrition and also am Bio Layne Certified. Working with me: I'm tough on you. I will ask you to the most detailed things in the beginning to get you ready for your prep. I will expect that you are ready and willing and will follow what I need for you to do. Trust me.. when you learn the flow, it will be super efficient. My check ins are done on a schedule and our team has it's own app to help you check in, and manage your workout /progress. I will not co-coach with any of your friends . boyfriends, Facebook posts or the guys at the sup store. I will not co-coach with anyone because it's not good for YOU. You and I are going to work together to figure out how your body wants to do this thing. Sometimes we have to communicate a lot and you get to come to understand what things work for YOUR body and we can build on that. You will not need to go seek out other advice because we are a team and we are all in this together. You have support with Sleek Bikini Team. I started this team with that as the priority. I am going be honest with you and help you tweak any problems you are having. I will not hand you menus and give orders without any explanation of why it's a good idea to go this route. We will set goals and hit them so you are walking on stage with every confidence possible. You will have any help you need from choosing suits, posing (we have an awesome coach for you) and what it's like backstage!! You will find that I'm fair but I don't want slackers or people who go rogue on their plan. This will mess up your stage experience and I don't want that for YOU. |

Are you a good fit to work with me?
I love working with clients who are open and honest and will pay attention to details.
You must know your way around the gym and know how to lift for at least a full year.
You must be willing to track macros and learn how to use IIFYM the Bad Kitty way, which is awesome and fun.
You must be willing to commit to 5 days of training in off season and 6 days in prep/show season.
You must consistent on your plan and check in when I need you to without fail.
You must be willing to accountable! Please don't join a bikini team if you are not willing to be accountable.
Bucket listers.. I'm not a fan. I've found that the call to drinking is too great and it isn't' a real commitment. So I'm going to really have to look at your application if you are a 'bucket lister'.
If you are someone who wants to go next level and hit the stage like a boss.. that's so different than "I just want to do a show before I die." If you are ready to for the challenge, then let's talk.

Many other coaches out there have very little communication and that's not who I am. I have a message center. You can connect with me in the app. I don't train my clients 1/1 I do everything online. This is you working on your own plan. I will assist with modifications and programming will be designed for you!!
