Someone who is willing to complete the project from off season or prep to stage?
Natural competitors. You can compete in any federation though. Supplements, are fine, gear is not my thing.
I don't want whiners. I work with women who want competitive physiques and bring their best. I don't want girls who cry backstage when they don't place. We all have work to do. We ALL can improve. We will bring our best to the stage and improve each time. Crying is short sighted and not productive.
I will not work with people who will not follow the plan. I don't co-coach. I work with my athletes but if you really want to do your own thing, a team is not a good fit.
Starving is not permitted. You will never be on a 'no carb' plan. If you are no carbing or low carbing, you will not be allowed to start prep until you are reversed.
That's a lot, right!? I believe body building is a sport! I take this very seriously and expect a lot from my clients. We must bring our best to the stage. I hope this is YOU! My team will give you a personalized experience with solid results. We do not starve our clients. We are here to help you learn. I have 34 years experience training women! We have a staff of amazing coaches who take this seriously. I am not about team drama. I want clients who want to present their best on stage.
LET'S SORT OUT THE FOOD THING..
I will NOT hand you a generic food plan. I do not coach Bro. If it fits your macros or # IIFYM is also called Flexible dieting or macro counting. I will help you learn to eat for your physique goals by giving you macros to follow. You will count, Protein, Carbs, Fats and fiber.
While you can eat a larger variety of foods, show prep is tighter than flexible dieting in off season. I want you to understand that. We have a job to do. We do what it takes! I will assure you though, I will not starve you.. I have starved for stage. :( I want you to be healthy and bring your best package. Health is priority number 1.
About the food... I do NOT want girls who want a 12 week prep having never competed. If you come to me having been on a starvation diet, you will have to eat more before we begin your prep. I will help you with your off season so we make sure you come in having had the right amount of food so prep is NOT starvation mode. It's not good for you!
What happens I get accepted to the team?
Once you have been accepted onto our team, you will be sent 1. A link to sign up for monthly coaching. 2. welcome packet 3. invitation to Trainerize. 4. You will begin receiving information on everything from checking in to your shopping list. 5. You will be given links to our online classes and receive your ebooks. 6. You will be added to our support groups on Facebook!
Pro-tip: Take the time to read all your material and go over the videos we share. This will make your experience better!!

Our program is online only so that would not be feasible. We do an amazing job with our athletes online. We have filmed over 400 videos for our team. That way you are doing the workouts exactly the way your coach wants you to! Everything about online training has been streamlined for you. We are all very busy! Let's get this right!
I'm over 35. Is it too late for me?
Sleek Bikini Team works with the growing Master's population. Many federations offer Masters categories for athletes. We will help you find the best categories/shows so you will feel comfortable. Many of our team mates are doing their first shows after 40. Women are strong and we can build up to 110% muscle into our 70s. Muscle is the fountain of youth! Win, Win, Win!

I'm an online client. Will I be successful at show prep?
Online training is amazing. I have all the tools you need to rock the stage. Our coaches work with our clients. Feedback is critical. We will learn what works best for YOU. Everyone is different. That's why cookie cutter programs are not best practice.
How will I be supported?
Our team has a secret FaceBook groups where we exchange ideas, help each other and motivate. Locally, we have team trainings too. My blog will assist you as well to get your prep right! Posing, shoes, picking a show, supplements, hair, makeup, all that.. My goal is to help you with everything you need to know about the competitive sport of body building bikini class. We work with an amazing posing coach who trains our team. She skypes too! You will have all the information YOU need from picking a suit, to choosing the BEST show when you are ready. If you have a show in mind, that's good too. Everything you need to know is covered!
What do you mean Off season? I thought it was 12 weeks to show.
Off season is the time to grow and prepare for your show prep. You will eat more, add muscle and come time, you will begin to lean out for stage. You don't add any muscle during the prep. We get to uncover all the gains you got in your off season. My off season girls lift 5 days a week. Cardio is minimal. I prefer to work with ladies on their off season so we can bring an amazing package to the stage. Working smart, you see!
