2. who has been lifting and training for at least 1 year. You must know your way about the gym.
3. will train five days a week in off season and 6-7 days a week in prep without fail.
4. will be willing to do IIFYM and track their food without fail. If you don't know IIFYM you will learn in your off season. We will not prep anyone who doesn't already know IIFYM.
5. will be an active part of our team on social media with a minimum of 2 posts a week documenting your progress.
6. will share our posts and market our team on social media.
7. will be a hard worker and not a whiner.
8. will have integrity and bring no drama to our team.
9. will complete the project from off season to stage. NO Quitters!!
10. will be compliant with check ins, coaches changes nutrition. We do not co-coach. That means, no extra crossfit classes or extra workouts unless specified by your coach.
No marketing for other programs while a client of Sleek Body. That includes Beach Body. You will market for us alone for this sponsored athlete position.
11. will be a positive role model for nutrition and fitness in social media.
12. Will complete the entire project from beginning to end. If you are not committed please do not take a spot from someone else!!
