It is common knowledge in the fitness industry that in 1989 the Fitness America Pageant was created as a made-for-television production for ESPN International and soon grew into a regional series of shows.  And with this growth in popularity among competitors and television viewers, the network wanted another major fitness show.  So, in 1999, the Fitness Universe Pageant was introduced to the women's fitness community and welcome competitors from around the world.

If you are not sure which ones to do, your coach will help you!
We will also help you with your costume, theme wear , bikini selection!

What you need to know:
This amazing federation is celebrating over 30 years in the fitness business. There are shows world wide. There are local shows and large events. 
If you want to compete in this federation, I would love to coach you!  If you want to join us in Miami June 2023, let's do it!!  
You can sign up for coaching with me at the special rate of $160 a month instead saving you  $25 dollars a month!!!  You can check out the galleries section

TO BE ACCEPTED ON OUR TEAM YOU MUST BE READY TO WORK!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE 
​1. who is awesome and committed. 
2. who has been lifting and training for at least 1 year. You must know your way about the gym.
   no home gym limitations or body weight. You must be able to train in a gym setting. If you have an    extensive home gym, we will make exceptions but we need to know before hand.
3. will train five days a week in off season and 6-7 days a week in prep without fail.
4. will be willing to do IIFYM and track their food without fail. 
5. will be an active part of our team on social media.
6. will share our posts and market our team on social media.
7. will be a hard worker and not a whiner.
8. will have integrity and bring no drama to our team.
9. will complete the project from off season to stage. NO Quitters!!
10. will be compliant with check ins, coaches changes nutrition. We do not co-coach.
11. will be a positive role model for nutrition and fitness in social media. 

​If you have never competed before that's ok!!  If you have competed before that's awesome!! We are looking for good people, not drama queens!!

If you commit to the Miami shows or any FITNESS UNIVERSE SHOW , you will have a discounted coaching rate of $150per month.  
This is a $35 dollar monthly savings!!
You must commit to the full prep and at least 1 month post show for reverse dieting for health. You can pay monthly though. 
The application below will start your process. Please also see the rest of the site so you understand our dynamic and see if you are a good fit. We will of course be happy to talk to you and answer questions before you commit.   New  or previous team members are welcome!!

This program will include your coaching and prep.  It does not include posing. We have our own posing coaches and they are fantastic.
