COMPETITION COACHING ONLINE AND LOCAL

If you have set a goal to compete in a bikini or figure competition,  you are moving up to Elite Status.  Lifestyle fitness and competitive body building are very different but you may have what it takes to rock the stage! Sleek Bikini Team is not for everyone. We will work with a select group of strong, smart women who will take their goals to the next level.   We base our program in IIFYM/Flexible Dieting, sound nutrition, hard work and zero excuses. Whiners are not welcome.   Every one of us has work to do. Each one of us can get better with each show. As a team, we are strong, supportive and motivated to do what it takes to be successful.

Coaches who care

Our coaches bring over 45 years of personal training experience to the table. Sleek Body owner and Master Trainer, Tracy has been over 35 years of fitness and weight loss. She has helped 1000's of clients be successful.  Our primary goal is to  help you bring your best to the stage. You must be success driven  and a self starter to be a good fit.  You will work hard but your coaches will guide you to be successful.

Personalized Training Plan

Your training plan will be delivered to you on your mobile device. You can access it anytime. Each workout will have it's own set of instructional videos with proper form.  You will be able to track your workouts, progressions and body stats easily.  Your workouts are NOT cookie cutter plans. You will be given workouts based what you need to create the best physique possible. Off season team members will train 5 days a week.  Show prep is 6-7 days a week without fail. No excuses and you must train at your highest level of effort.

Flexible Dieting #iifym

Flexible Dieting/IIFYM is sometimes misunderstood in the body building community. Lack of information is no excuse for starving a client. We all need to eat a variety of foods that will provide us with solid nutrition.  Eating only turkey, chicken fish, almonds and brown rice is old school and is based in old science. Flexible Dieting gives you the option to create menus based on your own macro nutrient needs. You will be given guidelines and macros will be changed as needed. If you are new to IIFYM you must do off season with us. We will only work with experienced IIFYM clients if you are joining for your prep only. 
The off/grow season is when you will learn about your body and food. We will use this information to be successful in your prep.  We do NOT work with no carb or low carb clients. If you are on low carb, you will be required to reverse before you start prep.  We do not starve our clients.  If you are into that, there are plenty of coaches who will take your money. We are not the team for you.

Coaching Check ins #accountability

As a competitor, you will work directly with your coach on your plan. Check ins with your coach will help you set goals and see progress.  You will be able to quickly and easily check in with your coach based on the schedule you agree to. Your coach will then turn around any changes on your program. We have streamlined this process! You will be able to see your transformation happening! #success

Support 

Trainerize has an amazing message system. No emails necessary. You and your coach can communicate easily so you stay on track. You will also be invited into our Secret FaceBook groups that are just for TeamSleekBody. You will have access to our Macros board which will help you with recipes and ideas!
Our Clients board is a great place to help with questions, and post your accountability pics. We are a community of strong women, we support each other.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

COMMITTMENT


  •  Someone awesome. If you have competed, that's a plus!
  •  Someone who will commit to 5 days a week off season, 6-7 days in prep for training. No excuses. That is a must. You must know how to lift weights!
  • Someone who will count macros and stick to the plan. We are IIFYM .
    You will not be given a weekly menu with swaps. You will do your own food based on the Macros we give you. 
  •  Someone who is willing to complete the project from off season or prep to stage. 
  • Natural competitors. You can compete in any federation though. Supplements, are fine, we do not coach with gear.
  •  We don't want whiners. Our coaches choose to  work with women who want competitive physiques and bring their best. We do  not  want girls who cry backstage when they don't place. We all have work to do. We ALL can improve. We will bring our best to the stage and improve each time. Crying is short sighted and not productive. That's the team we all want to be on.
  • We  will not work with people who will not follow the plan. Our coaches do not co-coach. Our goal is to work with the  athletes. If you really want to do your own thing, a team is not a good fit.
  •  Starving is not permitted. You will never be on a 'no carb' plan. If you are no carbing or low carbing, you will not be allowed to start prep until you are reversed.

  • help with all things show related. We will help you with your suit, hair makeup and get you fully knowledgeable about the competition lifestyle.​
  • peak week assistance with daily check ins!  You will not have to worry!! We have this!!
  • posing assistance: we will help you get exactly what you need to bring the total package.

    We have monthly billing. You will pay the same amount for your off season as you do for your prep. We ask that clients train with us through off season so we can  help you begin your prep strong. We will not take prep clients who are low carb or no carb or low calorie.

The most important thing is that we establish that we are the right fit for each other.  Your show is important and if you are better suited for another team we will let you know.  We do not have nor want a large team.
